Starting at midnight on Monday, February 1, “Go for the Gold!” our Winter Reading Program begins!  Children is Kindergarten and up can log on to our website, www.seekonkpl.org,  click the highlighted “Register Now” line to sign up and track your reading progress.  We’re following the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics, too, so you can watch the latest Olympic results starting on February 12!  This February you can read anything you’d like (or be read to),  earn a free book each week, and pick up an Applebee’s Kids Meal coupon once a week, as long as you log your reading time!  The program runs from February 1 until the 28.  Come in to check out the books we have on the Winter Olympics.  Learn a little bit about our favorite winter sports before you watch the competition on television.  Have fun reading this winter…Lick the cold, read something bold!
